It's been a while (like a real long while) since I've done a handlettering blog post. I did one when I first started my blog ages ago (here) and a lot of people really liked it so I figured I'd do another one.
Today I've got a really simple and super easy way to create calligraphy style hand lettering as well as a few other hand letterings I really enjoy doing.
We've made it! How crazy is this... 2017.
I know everyone gets so excited for the new year. For me it feels like new beginnings and it's a time where it feels like you can almost start over - refresh if you will. Today I've got my second Bullet Journal blog post which I had so much fun doing (my first post is here if you'd like to read). I mention in my New Year goals blogpost that I really wanted to continue using this throughout the year and not let it be one of those planners I use and then stop using when it comes to July. Today I sorta have a flip through and a quick overview of what I've done so far. Since I'm still on holiday technically, I feel like I didn't have much planning to do especially for the month of January so I've kept it pretty simple.
Not only is it a new year it's almost a year since I started blogging. I will do a whole post on that when the time comes but for now I will be sharing my goals and things I want to do in the new year! I wouldn't exactly say that these are new year resolutions, they're just simply things I want to do.
This past week has been super busy especially since it was Christmas and all that. I hope everyone had the most wonderful Christmas day even if you don’t celebrate. I find that every year as I get older I find presents and all that less important and spending time with family and friends is so much more worth it. The day after Christmas (yesterday) my family and I ended up going to Safari World in Bangkok which was such a lovely experience and such a great way to spend the last days of the year.
I took some photos of the Safari Park section which is a section of the zoo where you can just drive around in your own car and watch the animals rome free. So todays post is simply a photo collection of the Safari Park which in my opinion is a really neat attraction unlike any other zoo I’ve been to before. I also went into the Marine Park which is where the actual zoo is but my camera ran out of battery and so I did take photos on my phone but the quality isn't amazing.
Just a side note, not all the photos are that great since they do advise you not to roll down your windows so I had a bit of editing to do.
Hope you enjoyed this post! I really enjoy visiting zoos and especially this one. Do you enjoy going to zoos? Surely you can never be too old for the zoo!

I have another review today! Last week I posted a review on a body wash I have been using and loving so check that out here, seriously life changing
Today I have the Odbo Palette which is exactly identical to the Makeup Revolution palette, no joke. I was able to do a few swatches of the makeup revolution palette in store since I do not own it, but the swatches turned out pretty much the same and the Odbo palette cost waaay less.
As it is getting closer to the New Year, there has been one thing on my mind and that is starting this whole bullet journalling thang. I went into a stationary store recently and purchased, literally, the bare minimum I figured I would need to start up bullet journalling - a book(s) and a pen(s). I'm always weary of things like this where I feel like I need so many tools and materials to get started and with this I really wanna just use what I actually need and not be too excessive, that may come a bit later.
